 and API standards. 3. Have expertise in electrical system studies and calculations using PSCAD, ETAP etc 4. Experience in design of overhead EHV transmission line. 5. Unit Substations, Power Transformers, Capacitor Banks, Bus Reactors, Harmonic filters, HT/LT Switchgear. 6. Familiarity with IEC 61850 based SAS & telemetry 7. Inspection & FAT; Numerical Relay Testing 8. Site Pre commissioning tests and commissioning activities Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the smooth & efficient working of the engineering & proposal Department. 2. Preparation of overall plant SLD & Protection SLD 3. Steady state & Dynamic analysis of solar PV projects; performing various grid impact & grid compliance study using ETAP, PSCAD, PSSE, Relay settings & coordination using ETAP; Cable sizing using Cymcap

 4. Various design calculations for PV 

plant & substations including reactive power compensation, cable sizing & fuse coordination, earthing calculation, NGR & ET sizing, insulation coordination, CT/VT sizing, battery sizing, conductor sizing, SCF calculation, sag & tension calculation, DSLP by rolling sphere as per IEEE 998 & Razevig method etc. 5. Preparation & review of various layout drawings for substations, trench layout, MCR layout, switchyard GA & clearance drawings, DSLP, earthing layout, EKD etc. 6. Design and preparation of drawings for transmission line upto 220kV.

•  7. Preparation of control logic & interlock diagram, alarm

 & trip matrix, Cable schedule & interconnection chart 8. Vendor drawings review & approval for various PV plant & substation equipment viz. Inverter Duty Transformers (IDT), RMU & MV SWGR, Cables, Power Transformers (MPT), Cap banks, Substation CB, DS, CT, CVT/IVT, SA, BPI etc, CRP & BCU panels etc. 9. Carrying out FAT at vendor premises and SAT. 10. Co-ordination with Sales/Mktg/BD, Procurement and Project Management teams.
