Biogas Desulphurization
Biogas is a renewable energy source that is produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic matter, such as food waste, agricultural waste and other organic waste. However, biogas often contains sulphur compounds such as hydrogen sulphide, that can be harmful to the environment and equipment when it is burned for energy. Biogas desulfurization is the process of removing these sulphur compounds from the biogas to make it suitable for use as a clean energy source. Biogas desulphurization also called Biogas sweetening, as hydrogen sulphide considered as a sour gas, thus removal this sour gas termed as Biogas sweetening.
